FAQ & Warranty
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including cracking or degradation of the handle under normal use. Replacement brush heads are consumables and not included.
Hold the handle firmly, grip the bottom knob, and twist softly until the brush head comes loose. Replace with a new brush head and twist the bottom knob until the brush head is secured, making sure not to use too much force. Just finger tight.
The Orbi handle is precision-moulded from high quality food grade plastic. It's non-porous, mould-resistant, and easy to rinse clean.
Every 3 months, or when the indicator bristles fray outwards – whichever comes first.
