Orbi is a brand under Orca Innovation Sdn. Bhd. (458681-V), based in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, purchases of our products, warranty claims, and all related services.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, actual colors or materials may slightly differ due to photography lighting or monitor settings. All prices are listed in the local currency (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods listed on our website.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available in selected regions. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery for West Malaysia orders is 3–7 working days.
  • Estimated delivery for East Malaysia orders is 7–14 working days.
  • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and customs clearance. The estimated delivery time can be checked using the tracking number provided.
  • Tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • For hygiene reasons, used oral care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide proof (photo/video) of the issue.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase for easier tracking.
  • Refunds are not transferable to other payment methods.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days.
  • The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Items purchased under promotions, clearance, or with gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Customers may dispute if the refund is not processed. The merchant shall be liable for any disputes received in accordance with the policies of the respective payment gateway provider.

7. Lifetime Warranty (Handle Only)

We offer a lifetime warranty on the Orbi toothbrush handle, valid only with a registered product serial number (found on the inner shaft). Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper care
  • Color fading over time
  • Disassembly or modification by the user

Claim Process:

  1. Mention your product serial number.
  2. Take a photo/video of the issue.
  3. Submit your claim via the form to info@switchorbi.com.


If approved, you'll be required to courier the faulty product to the designated distributor in your region. Once received, we’ll send a replacement handle at no additional cost. This process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, copy or reproduce any content, or attempt to access restricted areas or data. All content is the intellectual property of Orca Innovation Sdn. Bhd.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
