Your Orbi Warranty Guide
You can find your Orbi toothbrush serial number engraved on the inner shaft — just twist and remove the brush head to see it clearly.
                         Our 5-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the Orbi toothbrush handle — including cracks, breaks, or issues caused by faulty materials or workmanship. We stand by the quality of our design, and we want you to brush with confidence every day.
The warranty doesn’t cover:
- Replaceable brush heads or other removable parts
 - Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
 - Normal wear and tear (Minor scratches, stains or discoloration)
 - Cosmetic issues like fading or staining
 
- Find your product's serial number (located on the inner shaft).
 - Take a photo or video clearly showing the issue.
 - Submit your details using the form at Register New Product. 
 
The warranty is tied to the product’s serial number (located on the inner shaft) and is valid for that specific unit only.
If your claim is approved, you’ll need to courier the faulty Orbi toothbrush handle back to a designated distributor based on your country. Once the returned item is received, a replacement handle will be sent to you.

* The entire process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
The Orbi toothbrush handle is built to last — that’s why it comes with a warranty.
The brush heads are designed to be replaced regularly for hygiene reasons and are not included in the coverage.
